activities that appeal to and serve the diverse cross section of our local residents.
We require an operator collaboration be willing to work in partnership with local community groups
We invite you to bring your unique perspective and expertise to help us create a dynamic community space.
THE TENDER PROCESS
This is an open tender process. The WTH Community Space Board is seeking proposals from a range of suitable not for profit organisations that have the vision, resources and expertise to deliver on the objectives outlined in this document.
The successful shortlisted proposals will demonstrate a philosophy and strategy centred on adding real and lasting social value, building strong community ties and making the best and diverse use of the space by creating and offering activities that make people want to visit and return to.

This is a two stage tender process. Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals will be shortlisted by the Board as per the timeline below. Shortlisted organisations will receive an Invitation to Tender (ITT) and provide detailed proposals for the second stage of the process.

12 June 2023 - Issue of EOI
26 June & 28 June 2023 - Virtual information sessions for potential operators
28 July 2023 - Submission of EOI proposals
1 September 2023 - Shortlisting, ITT notification
20 October 2023 - Stage 2 ITT submission
w/c 23 October - 2023 Presentation
13 November 2023 - Announcement
