THE TENDER PROCESS
Eligibility
This is an open tender process. The WTH Community Space Board is seeking proposals from a range of suitable not for profit organisations that have the vision, resources and expertise to deliver on the objectives outlined in this document.
The successful shortlisted proposals will demonstrate a philosophy and strategy centred on adding real and lasting social value, building strong community ties and making the best and diverse use of the space by creating and offering activities that make people want to visit and return to.

Tender Process
This is a two stage tender process. Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals will be shortlisted by the Board as per the timeline below. Shortlisted organisations will receive an Invitation to Tender (ITT) and provide detailed proposals for the second stage of the process.

28 July 2023 - Submission of EOI proposals
1 September 2023 - Shortlisting, ITT notification
20 October 2023 - Stage 2 ITT submission

13 November 2023 - Announcement
